WHAT TO BRING Wear comfortable clothing for movement. Required materials are noted with Level descriptions. These materials are available for pre-order from Mad Robin Music. Orff instruments will also be available on-site for purchase at a reduced rate, courtesy of Peripole Inc.

HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS Students enrolled in the San Francisco Intro Class and the World Music Master Class must arrange their own housing. Once enrolled, you will receive a letter with suggestions as to possible accommodations. Those enrolled in the Levels training must stay at Hidden Valley Music Seminars and make the particular arrangements through them. There are a number of options (see Housing) from singles to triples to nearby motels with various price ranges. Meals are included in housing fees and are required for all students. To arrange housing, call 831-659-3115 or e-mail: info@hiddenvalleymusic.org

SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABILITY We offer a limited number of scholarships for all courses except Level III.

APPLICATION PROCESS Because of high demand, application does not constitute acceptance. A one-time non-refundable application fee of $20 and a short vita are required with the registration form. Acceptance will be based on a combination of qualifications—music/dance background, teaching experience, other Orff training—and order of applications. Notification of acceptance will begin on February 1st—we highly recommend applying as early as possible. Upon notification of acceptance, the full course fee is due no later than April 1st. Those who have not paid by then will lose their spot. We must make a $100 administrative charge for cancellation before July 1st.

For cancellations after July 1st, there will no refunds. Under special circumstances, we will consider rolling over the tuition to the following year.

TUITION AND CREDIT Tuition for those taking the Levels courses for continuing education credit (four semester hours for the two week course) is $1415.00. Tuition for those who don’t need credit is $1195.00. These Continuing Education Credits will be administered through Dominican University of California and are not applicable to foreign students.
